### Do I need a card to start?

No. You add a card only if you decide to keep your name after the 30 free days.

### Can I cancel?

Yes, from your account. Your name stays yours until the end of the year you paid for. Releasing a name ends its plan right away, with no refund.

### ChatGPT isn't using site.link in my chat. What do I do?

Type @site.link in that chat, pick it from the list, and ask again. That tells ChatGPT to use site.link there, even in a chat you started before you added it. If ChatGPT can't find your Site, give it the Site's address.

### Which Claude plans can use it?

On Free, Pro and Max you add site.link yourself as a custom connector, and the Free plan allows one. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it for the organization first. In Claude Code, one command adds it.

### I already own a domain. Do I need this?

No. Add your own domain in your Site's settings instead, then add the DNS records it shows where you bought the domain. site.link is for when you don't want to buy one or touch DNS.
