# Build an easy site in ChatGPT, then give it a real URL

You do not need a design system to ship a useful page. You need a clear ask, a short build, and a link people trust.

You do not need a design system to ship a useful page. You need a clear ask, a short build, and a link people trust.

## Keep the first version easy

Ask ChatGPT for one page with a clear job: a cafe menu, a portfolio, a waitlist, or a product explainer. Skip multi-page nav until the first page works.

Say what the visitor should do next. One primary action beats five weak ones.

## Polish in the same chat

Iterate on copy, layout, and mobile spacing before you share. When the Site feels ready, install site.link MCP and ask for a short address in that same conversation.

## Share like it is finished

Put the short link in your bio, a pitch deck, or a text message. If feedback comes back, keep editing the ChatGPT Site. The site.link name can stay put while the page improves.
